Profile

Lawyer. Specialist in public-private partnerships, active projects, utility regulation, public procurement and administrative law. She has advised the structuring, evaluation, promotion, finance and project management in areas such as sanitation, health, road and airport infrastructure and urban infrastructure; APP through private initiative, public initiative, development and defense of competing bids, projects and assets procurement. Under this framework, integrated team advisers gestiónde the first PPP contracts for the construction and operation of integrated hospitals in Latin America (preoperational stage): Hospitals Alberto Barton William Kaelin and social health insurance Peru. He has also participated in the consulting team responsible for the drafting of laws and rules of the law of modernization of sanitation yen providing consulting services on regulation of public services and promotion system of private investment.
