Between 2010 and 2013, Sedapal outsourced management integrated business system (ACIS) sectorized the sphere of influence of
the company into three groups: Lima North, Lima Central and Lima South. The SIAC had as its mission the management of the
following activities: (i) making status, (ii) distribution of receipts and communications, (iii) home inspections; (iv) closures
and reopenings, (v) maintenance of the measuring unit, (vi) customer service and (v) implementation of meters.
The results of the performance of the contract showed progress in water management indicators as unbilled (2009: 38.55% / 2013: 28.98%) and metering (2009: 69.20% / 2013: 82.52%); however, promoted under the scheme under the scheme of procurement of services involved a series of restrictions to achieve more successful results, such restrictions include:
